2. open the download that is e-mailed to you after submitting payment
and follow the instructions to enroll
3. remember the password that you choose for yourself

PROGRAM TOPICS :
The ON-LINE Better Sleep Program covers all of the topics provided at the in person program!
One lesson is e-mailed every week. Learn at your own pace, working through the activities (and accessing them again and again) at anytime that is convenient to you, even weeks and months later.
This makes it easy to go at your own pace, on days and times that best suit you.
