      To do the ON-LINE program :


       If you are a U of G student....

       first -   e-mail, 
                   sending your name and student ID number, to get a coupon code for the $10 fee,
       then -  follow this link....


        1.    submit online payment here -   

                            You may pay on-line using PayPal, Visa, Mastercard or Discover card.

                            All payments are in Canadian dollars.


        2.    open the download that is e-mailed to you after submitting payment

                and follow the instructions to enroll 


        3.   remember the password that you choose for yourself


        And then... simply look in your in-box for the first lesson on  MARCH 31, 2020 

                           (or immediately, if you are registering after March 31).





The ON-LINE Stress Less for Tests program covers all of the topics provided at the in person program!  


All of the lessons are e-mailed after you have paid and registered, following the instructions in the download. 

Learn at your own pace, working through the activities (and accessing them again and again) at anytime that is convenient to you, even weeks and months later. 

This makes it easy to go at your own pace, on days and times that best suit you.
