Directions to Room 1708 OVC

For parking nearest Room 1708 OVC:

Park in University Parking Lot 64.

This is a small parking lot (in between Gordon Street and the Companion Animal Hospital) that you enter off of College Avenue.

Parking Lot 64 and Parking Lot 67 share the same entrance from College Ave, so if the sign for Lot 67 is what you see, turn in from College Avenue there. Once you have entered the parking area, Parking Lot 64 is on your left.

If you are coming from ON campus...
and are heading WEST along College Avenue W (ie. War Memorial Hall and the Second Cup are behind you and you are headed toward Edinburgh Road), Parking Lots 64 and 67 are the first left hand turn after the Gordon Street stoplight.

If you are coming from OFF campus....

I suggest avoiding Gordon Street due to heavy traffic volume there at this time of day. It will be much easier to come in from the Hanlon Expressway/Edinburgh Road, driving EAST along College Avenue. After you have passed the Animal Cancer Centre and the Companion Animal Hospital on your right hand side, the parking lot entrance is the very next right turn. (If you get to the stoplight at Gordon Street you've gone too far; the entrance is just before the stoplights.)

Enter the OVC building through the doors under the arch in the large recessed entry (beside the dumpsters) halfway along the length of this 3-storey red brick building, where there is a small white sign indicating that this is the wheelchair accessible entrance to OVC.

Once inside the building, continue straight along the corridor, following the turns to the right and then to the left. This brings you to the OVC cafeteria and Room 1708 is a private meeting room at the far end of the cafeteria. On the first night there will be yellow "Stress Management" signs posted to guide you along this corridor to Room 1708.

Parking Fees: There is no fee to park in this lot after 5:00 pm, even at the parking meters.

On the map, find the intersection of Gordon Street and College Avenue.

To the left of this intersection, look for Parking Lot 64 ( the number 64 inside an orange circle) on the map. This Parking Lot is just above the OVC Biomedical Science section of the building.

Enter Biomedical Science from Parking Lot 64 where you see the wheelchair symbol on the map.

You will be walking through here to section # 77 on the map. On the first night follow the yellow "Stress Management" signs through the corridor to get to Room 1708 OVC Lifetime Learning Centre.

Wheelchair accessible parking spots are in Parking Lot 64, near the arched entrance.
