Yes, you can do the Stress Less for Tests program ON-LINE !

  

 All of the lessons are e-mailed after you have paid and enrolled (following the instructions in the download). 

Learn at your own pace, working through the activities (and accessing them again and again) at anytime that is convenient to you, even weeks and months later. 

This makes it easy to go at your own pace, on days and times that best suit you.
